Well, my orders finally shipped yesterday and the tracking says they're on their way. (Pure coincidence, since it was after I started this thread?)
If your order is showing as 'In Process' this means that your payment has been authorised and your item is waiting to be shipped to you.
I have three orders placed around midday on April 1st and they still say "in process" this evening on the 5th? What on earth
I placed an order on 11/30 and it is still showing "In Process", however when I contacted Customer.
And I have a QVC credit card and they still can't verify my address.
QVC really needs to step it up.
The order is still in the process of shipping.
