Fortunately it just updated about an hour ago saying that it arrived at the NY distribution center, and will deliver by Tuesday. Maybe yours will update soon as well.
This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

It got to the “UPS Mail Innovations Facility” on the 23rd. It is now the 30th, and has not moved at all. Tracking hasn't been updated in 8 days.
So, I would expect it to be a day or two slower than direct delivery from UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground. But, it's not THAT slow.
