I can only think it's something to do with the instruction from the site/computer to the printer going wrong? Hopefully Amazon will respond quickly.
To edit an order from the Order Summary in Your Account: Go to Your Orders on the Amazon site where you placed the order (e.g. Amazon.com, Amazon.in).
I called amazon about the issue, they told me not to go by the Sales Summary.
